  • Dear Neighbor,

Gleneagle is at its best when neighbors are informed, engaged, and working together toward a common goal.

Recently, 310 homeowners signed petitions regarding the GCA lawsuit challenging the last neighborhood vote. This significant community response demonstrates that residents care deeply about our neighborhood and want to be part of shaping its future. That's why a group of residents has come together to form U.N.I.T.E. (Uniting Neighbors in Transparency and Engagement).

The strong community response ultimately contributed to the legal action being halted.

And now, it's time to focus on the future.

What is CCIOA, is GCA covered by it, and why should we care?

While seemingly a simple question, the precise situation of the GCA relative to CCIOA appears to be a great source of confusion and debate within the community. Unfortunately, the HOA has been rather inconsistent in its references to CCIOA in its own documents. A comparative analysis of the law and the GCA’s documents helps shed a little light.
